Shrimp Alfredo Pasta with Spinach & Cream Cheese Salmon Roll-Ups

📝 Ingredients

Shrimp Alfredo Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10–12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salmon Roll-Ups:

  • 4–6 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Black pepper, to taste

🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  • Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
  • Drain and save ¼ cup pasta water.

2️⃣ Shrimp & Alfredo Sauce

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper & red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 mins per side until pink. Remove shrimp.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in heavy cream.
  • Add Parmesan and whisk until smooth.
  • Toss pasta into the sauce, adding reserved water if needed.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet and stir gently.

3️⃣ Salmon Roll-Ups

  • Spread cream cheese on each salmon slice.
  • Add spinach leaves, drizzle lemon juice, and sprinkle black pepper.
  • Roll tightly and slice if desired.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy

  • Twirl pasta onto plates and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Place salmon roll-ups on the side.
  • Serve immediately and impress your taste buds! 😋
