Shrimp Alfredo Pasta with Spinach & Cream Cheese Salmon Roll-Ups

📝 Ingredients
Shrimp Alfredo Pasta:
- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 10–12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salmon Roll-Ups:
- 4–6 slices smoked salmon
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Black pepper, to taste
🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain and save ¼ cup pasta water.
2️⃣ Shrimp & Alfredo Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper & red pepper flakes. Cook 2–3 mins per side until pink. Remove shrimp.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in heavy cream.
- Add Parmesan and whisk until smooth.
- Toss pasta into the sauce, adding reserved water if needed.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and stir gently.
3️⃣ Salmon Roll-Ups
- Spread cream cheese on each salmon slice.
- Add spinach leaves, drizzle lemon juice, and sprinkle black pepper.
- Roll tightly and slice if desired.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
- Twirl pasta onto plates and sprinkle with parsley.
- Place salmon roll-ups on the side.
- Serve immediately and impress your taste buds! 😋
